Susan Mendelson is a Vancouver entrepreneur and cookbook author who has written or cowritten ten best selling cookbooks. She is cofounder of The Lazy Gourmet, a catering company established in 1979. Over the years Susan has participated in numerous radio and television shows where she takes great pleasure in sharing her enthusiasm for creating food with others.
